If you're going to build your name over internet with a domain, changing the domain every single year is not a good choice. You gotta build it again from your lowest point to back the highest point. If you only do for fun (and not something like, investing), it's OK to change domain every single year.

Anyway, the answer where you can find low price domain still the same as the others.

I have the same question, why do you fine with changing domain every year ? Because if you plan to do any search engine optimization changing domain will make it waste of time. These days keywords in domain doesn't have a real value in SEO but having an active site for year does at value to it.
