3rd. Wait till it complete installation 
4th. Go to your vpsip:8443 
EX: vps.ip.here:8443
5th (P1). Login with
User: root
Password: root password (ssh pass) 
5th (P2). Login with cmd

PS: By choosing manual then you will have to be onlinr every second to answer the questions asked by the installation.

1st. Login with SSH (root) 
2nd. Type this command 
You will get this if you are using CentOS
Changw the port line to 
And remove the #
EX: And then click CTRL + O
And press Enter to save the directory
And then type this command
And for Ubuntu do all of these steps but when you want to save do
Now reboot or just exit from PuTTy and change the port to 9988 (the changed port) and re connect
