i have a question for you. can i install dual OS on my VPS? as i have two ipv4 addresses. is it possible to run debian and windows server same time with making two partition drives in my HDD?

i have a question. i tried to download in my windows directx 9. i have windows 2012 r2 and i wasnt able to download.... can someone show me tutorial or tell me how to do it

Just a question for vps holders here at Post4vps, what do you do with vps ?
I use my KVM/Windows vps for manage my server backups from other vps. I don't store backups there but just use it to download and then move those to other locations. One I have at freevps.us is used as as web server.

Iam having a problem at my vps, not from post4vps thats why i didn't post at vps support. 
The panel was working fine but i installed desktop and from that time my panel and servers got closed and getting this msg
This site can’t be reached
http://VPSIP/index.php is unreachable.
ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE
Can anyone fix this? 
PS: iam unable to connect to ssh but i can connect from vnc desktop (terminal) & iam using CentOS 7
