I'm not very disciplined with sleeping. I actually hate sleeping as I feel it's like wasting time - I always like to be busy and doing things with my time. I only sleep when I'm really tired, and that can be any time of the day. If I can get 5 hours or more, that is generally good for me.

Hmm my Sleep schedule is really fked up, Its like one day I am asleep for 8 hours and then the next day I am up all day. I do think sleep is important but its just my body doesn't want to do it in a regular pattern which should be the best for everyone. I try to fix up my schedule here and there by not sleeping in just when feeling tired but actually sleeping at certain time while its time to sleep. That way I can better my sleep schedule while keeping a routine.
