Currently if game servers are not allowed, such information have already been shown in the VPS Plan page in red. It should already be enough.

The Windows issue for VPS 1 is just an exceptional case. Adding this one to the VPS 1 section in red should also be good enough.

For the others that you want admins to check every TOS and "Highlight standard important rules of the TOS in each Plan section for each VPS", I am afraid this is just a bit too much.

Please read my previous posts @try4vps.  I didn't say admins must check through each and every TOS - that is an obviously unrealistic suggestion to make.  What I suggested was to highlight important information such as a Plan that disallows Microsoft Windows templates or otherwise important general information about the plans that is general knowledge to those who have been around for many years and have used those plans, as well as the owner, admin and sponsors BUT not newer members.  If that information is included it will save the new members from asking unnecessary questions and embarrass themselves, and through that assist the Admin who could direct members to the information.  I think the discussion between @OldMeister, members and the Sponsor could have been avoided if the information @OldMeister was looking for would have been included in the Plan before he applied for it.  I'd think it an important piece of information to include whether the Plan allows for Windows VPS or not.  It could be a very simple piece of information listed for each plan like:

Windows:  Allowed (license needed - needs to be verified first)
Windows:  Disallowed (Warning:  Penalty Immediate Suspension)

Also note that I've asked for general standard info for the games servers to be included for each plan - whether it is allowed or disallowed. Currently only those plans where it is absolutely disallowed show that information.  Usually one finds three categories of information regarding Games Servers.  Either they are fully allowed, or allowed with restrictions, or disallowed. My suggestion is to include games server information with each Plan - either:

Games Server:  Allowed
Games Server:  Allowed (with restrictions please read)
Games Server:  Disallowed (Warning:  Penalty Immediate Suspension)

Currently not just in the first but in both case the points will be deducted.

That is a good idea, since mostly people don't go to sponsor's website to read their terms which are also quite long. Some important terms must be mentioned for their ease so they get an idea of it.

I think everything is mention in VPS plans and details in terms of services. Windows vps is mostly not available for free. mostly members not read it specially who don't good to know English. for personal queries we also provided here "Suggestions and feed back" and "VPS support" sections for detail discussions.

Maybe you feel this way because you're a member of long standing in the Forum?  You know the VPSs?  If you are correct and everything is already covered then there wouldn't be a problem with new members being confused whether the VPS can be used as a Windows VPS.  Or whether it is OK to use a VPS for games.  If you check some of the posts in the support section of the Forum, you'll notice that in at least one of the VPSs where a user had a problem, the sponsor responded with that severe peaks in the use of resources of the VPS will lead to immediate suspension.  There is no information in the Plan about Games Server so any new member would automatically assume it's OK to run it as a games server and peaks in resources are known to occur with games servers.  BUT, it's obvious on the sponsor's side that if you're going to use it as a Games Server that restrictions will be in place. Since that information is not included in that particular VPS plan, any new member using it could be set up for potential suspension and disappointment without knowing there are restrictions in place.

So please read my last post fully again.  I'm not asking that a long list of TOS be included.  Only the ones that are very important and can lead to suspension.  The information on Windows and Games are very important.  Possibly also mass mailings.  There are usually three categories for each - either "yes" it is allowed, or "yes" it is allowed but restrictions apply, or "no" it isn't allowed.  My suggestion is to include one of the categories with each of the subjects for all of the VPS Plans such as:
Games Server       Yes - it is allowed
Games Server       Yes - it is allowed but there are restrictions in place - please read the restrictions
Games Server        No - it is not allowed and will lead to immediate suspension
