Not to be rude, but I'd really like to see better English. I suppose I could help out with this as I have a somewhat-extensive knowledge of HTML+CSS, and a teensy bit of PHP, plus a couple hours of time which I could devote to this.

u can give reputation by click on rate button of post,
It does the same work as tank or like button
