That depends on the provider. I've only seen some providers who block those kind of stuff.
Mostly they just ban hitleap.

Providers wouldn't have a problem with you earning money from VPS but they wont like you running resource abusing stuff like bots public IRC chats etc. I usually ask about this from provider before buying a KVM vps. As for sponsored vps you don't have much choice and usually providers have lot more restrictions.

Be came the hosting provider could be a way out if you have a good vps. Or you can create a site with ads with crowdly vistor . You can earn money automatic but you must work harder

If you meant Bit Coin Mining then it wont work either. Because this is something strictly prohibited by 99% of vps providers.

This is not the problem that the Bitcoin mining is not allowed by the providers because of high CPU resource usage. You can limit the cpu usage with a tiny app (cpulimit). The problem is that it is not worth it. Nowadays you can't mine any coins with CPU power. You have to buy mining cards. Without these cards you could mine only 50 cents or 1 dollar maximum.

Depend on the price and generation of the card, and even you can generate 1$ monthly it will still no guarantee you will be able achieve the ROI to pay the price of the mining card it self cause month by month difficulty could be higher in the next month. Nowadays people hold bitcoins just for investment and doing anonymous transactions.
