one is there is no self adding DNS and Nameserver system. so you have to use there own web built program.
second is. it was a free service for only Philippines.

Yes you can do it if you set country as Philippine and set your own country cell number but for time being they will accept you but after detailed process you will be get a email as a subject of verification error. address is not acceptable.
