my pc has 2 ram cards. and sometime my pc got frozen. and even blue screen. i removed one of them and it works fine. what happned to the ram? is it damaged or what?

Well, if you actually have genuine concerns and have genuine Blue Screens of Death rather than to create talk, depending on the OS version, the screen itself will tell you the problem (or a simplified problem).

Versions of Windows 8 and above have a more streamlined blue screen of death, with a more modern and simple look.
Versions of Windows 7 and below have a more DOS like apearence in text, and states techincal details of it.

If your PC has such common errors, next time you get one, take a picture of it with a mobile phone, and then type it here. If not, try to at least Google it.

You can also try, if you can, reinstalling the Windows install, to see if it clears up anything softwarewise that could be causing your Windows BSODs. Most likely is that, if the RAM is bad, it wouldn't show up in your computer's BIOS. Else if, if you suspect that your RAM is at fault, your RAM probably is corrupting data that is holding for your system
