There is a reason for ban ,not like simply act ban are info is there they can get unban again by informing the admin of server if the server admin is noob then its his fault

Most people get mad on admins, so if a person is actually added to that ban list due to bad behavior with admin then it doesn't make sense to ban the same person in another server. And as far as i know, MTA:SA is way much secured and updated frequently.
