Favourate responsive CSS Framework ?

I know boostrap has lot of offer than any other freamwork out there but it's bit too much for a simple project. These days there are lots of other far more simple solution, for example

http://www.99lime.com/elements/
http://eiskis.net/layers/
http://www.jonikorpi.com/less-framework/

These are lot more simple and easy to use in my experience. There is another grid system called keleton which works great too.
