Here I will rate them by for distance:
Car: Good for long distances but they are not very comfortable if you are driving them by yourself. Parking them and trying to get them between cars can be quite difficult and I do not recommend it.
Bike: Good for exercise, but they are not very safe and you might get damaged if you get in the road. They help with burning fat though so it might be beneficial.
Train: Good for long distances and very comfortable. Getting to train stations can be quite a hassle and it might not be the best option.
Aeroplane: Good for travelling between very far distances but there are a lot of security checks and you have to go through a lot of stuff. Buying plane tickets etc. can be quite hard and expensive.
Bus: Good if you are looking for a cheap alternative to aeroplanes and they are comfortable too. The only downside of this is that you have to wait a very long time to reach your destination.
