Hmm my Sleep schedule is really fked up, Its like one day I am asleep for 8 hours and then the next day I am up all day. I do think sleep is important but its just my body doesn't want to do it in a regular pattern which should be the best for everyone. I try to fix up my schedule here and there by not sleeping in just when feeling tired but actually sleeping at certain time while its time to sleep. That way I can better my sleep schedule while keeping a routine.
No one knows what the future holds, that's why its potential is infinite
