Our France OVH server use AutoSSL powered by Comodo (Premium SSL) which automatic apply, the other US servers can be installed by our users with Let's encrypt SSL and if they do have no idea how to doing it then they can open a ticket so we can take care of that and we will ensure our customers that it will verified by us and other devices, VPN IP's etc... to be 100% sure that is working but we try that with everything.
