the price is competitive with other host and there also an addition of windows os which is kinda absent on some other hosting . but i personall fine with linux for server . 512mb for $2.5 , 1gb for $5 ($10 with windows 7) . other famous host like digitalocean and vultr have similar price but they have more location .
