I saw a really great BBC movie on TV last night - The Statement (2003) with a great story, script, and really good acting with Michael Caine, Tilda Swinton and Jeremy Northam. It's a typical post WW2 story where a priest (Michael Caine) who collaborated in mass killings in France was in hiding and receiving payments from other collaborators whom he could identify. He could potentially identify two important officials up high in the French Government. When a Government investigation headed by Tilda Swinton pointed in his direction, an assassin was employed to kill the priest who turned out to be difficult to assassinate as he seemed to be always one step ahead of his assassins. Nice action movie. Score it 9 out of 10.
