After reinstalling the OS it seems the disk shrunk further.

Here are some info from command line.
[root@test2 ~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/simfs 50G 773M 6.4G 11% /
devtmpfs 1.0G 0 1.0G 0% /dev
tmpfs 1.0G 0 1.0G 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 1.0G 68K 1.0G 1% /run
tmpfs 1.0G 0 1.0G 0% /sys/fs/cgroup
tmpfs 205M 0 205M 0% /run/user/0
[root@test2 ~]# du -h
28M
Edit : now it seems the server again shrunk.
