The only reason I would be interested in a free shared hosting account is if it comes with a genuine cpanel and softaculous setup, and I am confident it is managed by a very good admin. I've been with GigaRocket.net since its beginning in 2013 and know for certain it is under excellent management with good support. It is a post4host Forum like this one.
