Bottom line, it's not a phishing site.  They do VPSs for real.  Only thing I don't like is their unorthodox way of charging that I also noticed at Amazon - saying they only charge you what you use - so list an hourly rate only that obviously makes things look better than they probably are.  It's not transparent what you're going to be paying in the end.  That of course makes it unpredictable and wonder how they will be working with a CC.  Probably take ownership of it and deduct from it as they please.  I try my best to avoid having my Visa Card details stored in a vendor's database.  Particularly a vendor that isn't that familiar.

Instances are billed hourly, so the client will receive a bill on the 1st of every month for the previous month's hourly use which means you are charged for the number of hours your machine is online. However, it will not exceed the total price displayed on the site.

With regards to billing, we don't store any CC details on our database. We use Stripe, Paypal and Alipay as our payment gateways.

Thats really impossible to believe for a cloud that costs $15/month with 3 CPUs.
This must be for new customer and non-recurring because if its recurring i wonder how they will be reliable in this price.

It is recurring as it is a lifetime offer.

Maybe their hourly rate is the same process like what with Vultr (as I have an account and bought VPS for some test). Process is you need to reload your account lets say $10 and get a service, anytime you can cancel your service and only paying the time you use their service.s

Looks really cheap for the vps price . If they use their own billing that mean entering the card number on their site without a gateway they can get your cc info . If it uses gateway you probably safe you can see it when you try to pay with cc

I think its spec is good enough to host a Game Server on their VPS!
Their 7GB Ram, 140GB disk Space and a offer of 49% off makes their hosting good enough on which we can believe and host our game server like cod or SA-MP ....!
Maybe the host don't stops their customer for hosting a game server on their VPS!
Maybe before installing any game you should read their TOS and Terms!
