Shared hosting, mostly free shared hosting, have really bad support. I don't even like their support because sometimes they don't understand my question. That's way to bad.
Also, VestaCP could bring you to have more knowledge inside VPS thing, and also, can manage it by yourself, no need to worry about anything, can access SSH, use FTP etc, have an unlimited website. That's way too nice.
But a VPS is way too expensive if you only need for website hosting, I won't recommend it.
