I can't see on your Website what the monthly billing is.  I'm not clear what the real charges are.   I'm sure I'm not the only one who may have clicked away from your site because the charges are too complicated to figure out.  If they need to be explained - that should be a red flag to you already.  The more you have to explain the more complicated it gets and the easier to lose the attention of a potential customer.

What I'd like to see is a typical index of links that all hosts offer that include the services that are provided, what the monthly prices are and what you get for the service.  Your site lacks full information of the kind that a person needs to make an informed decision about whether they want to try your product.  There are many other competitors so one just clicks on to the next one if one has any doubts.

Bottom line.  The simpler your presentation of your products and services, including the pricing and specifics of services, the easier it is for a user to make up his mind.  You won't get them hooked with complicated mathematics.

Thanks for your feedback! however, we do show a transparent pricing model on our site for example:

The monthly estimated bill is what you are actually paying. And your bill value will never go above the monthly estimated bill Smile Hope that clears the confusion

When it comes to a promotional plan, you still pay the monthly amount displayed there, and if you ever cancel it, you will be refunded the excess payments.
We have an article explaining that as well: https://help.cloudcone.com/en-us/article...s-19bj5lr/
