I don't think you add IPv4, since our VPS are sponsored you will only get what are the default unless you will directly purchase a VPS from them.

Nope, AFAIK they sponsored US locations only, also as of the moment I think there is no available VPS 9 as they are all taken.
You got it right! What you see is what you get. VPS 9 is really the best among our VPS plans.
