not to kick out the deal but after seeing what the CPU becomes meh for me.
maybe powerful of course! but not my choice.

overall @Manal you got a decent vps config there.
VGA is to boost vnc with a desktop environment not needed as a server.

it mostly doesnt used on normal server that do like web server , db server or even game server . gpu on server mostly used on render farms , cloud gaming like liquidsky , parsec , shadow , etc and those gpu server is mostly expensive so all server in this forum doesnt use gpu acceleration / vga acceleration
