.... I suspect I'll be changing distros. Instead of using Lubuntu, I'll be using CentOS. Probably... I expect I'll build and burn to the ground quite a few times before I'm happy.

I suppose you better pick out a distro first if you do not have a final decision yet.

Because VPS 9 has no control panel provided to users.

So, in case if you want to change distros later in the middle of your project, you will not be able to do it on your own and will have to wait for admins doing that for you.
