I suppose you better pick out a distro first if you do not have a final decision yet.

Because VPS 9 has no control panel provided to users.

So, in case if you want to change distros later in the middle of your project, you will not be able to do it on your own and will have to wait for admins doing that for you.

Yeah CentOS it is! I really should consider changing my application to a VPS 4 or 5!
