I'll introduce you Hostlease Media Group NL it is run by @Pacific Spirittheir aim is to provide quality services. they advertise their service as premium and boy it is. i was a lucky person to test one of their kvm vps to post this bench/half review.

the specs that are given to me for the review:

      The network is quite solid in production the vps reached solid 60mb/s when downloading large data.
       but the results when you do a bench with network it shows to be slow but in reality it is not.

3. Vps usage.
     i have been given this vps to finish of my review.
4. Final thoughts.
    It is a great vps and a good one and server is really working as expected and price:quality is very well balanced.

    I'm going to rate this a solid 9.5.
