VNC on CentOS 7

Just a suggestion. Instead of messing around with old and lame VNC try FreeNX/x2Go. It is much better and runs directly over SSH and is therefore encrypted by design.

Of course official documentation can also be used or you might want to use google to figure out how to install it on your OS.

VNC is just one of the worst remote desktop solutions. I mean everytime someone starts to use it they always run into this kind of issues you have. It never works properly unless you use the Windows version.
