Yeah @Honey.. Can't say if that's only you but that's definitely not me. Anything's that offered for free is amazing for me, like the domains, hosting at HelioHost and VPS at Post4VPS. Now maybe this is me, owing to the fact that I really can't afford any of the aforesaid items.
Regarding your not receiving the reply, just go ahead and apply again. Maybe they missed your request in the lots. Coz like many, I too don't have a school-issued email address and had to apply with my student ID card itself. Maybe they'll accept your request this time. Who knows!
