yes, HR surely could arrange to provide services within dark web and possibly i could too. But what i want to emphasize again is every individual has control over his own online life. don't post or share things online that you are not ok to share with random unknowns on a street corner. but i think some of us here know eachother for such a long time that it Will be hard to exercise that caution. i understand that. what i suggest is share what is necessary and over secure/encrypted channel. like signal for messaging.
if we exercise self restraint, then i doubt we would need to worry much about privacy or getting hacked and losing data etc.
i don't, cause i have nothing sensitive posted anywhere or kept in a computer.
another thing is always be on the lookout to learn and update yourself on security matters.
dark web is not a very good solution to our privacy problems. it has its weaknesses and ways to reduce its effectiveness. also every user have to be knowledgeable over there to make it effective.
say you are on a list and it gets hacked. then you are in the open.
so just create imaginary identity i guess and maintain it and compartmentalize. when you leave our throw away an identity for some reason, never go back to it. that's it.

Sincere Thanks to VirMach for my VPS9. Also many thanks to Shadow Hosting and cubedata for the experiences I had with their VPSs.
