Is this an VPS from P4H? I'd say just to run CF behind any website and it would surely block and bots. Furthermore, if they attempt any brute force, just run fail2ban or any software of block anything from them.

If I were you, if I could not move out, then I would close my system as much as I can and not really worry. there is nothing to worry if they can't have a means to get in.

In the other hand, the argument of that of blocking geographical areas seems to be a good point not many bring up in areas of conflict like these. Look for any similarities, if all (this main pertains to Russia) IPs come from DC's then block them using tools like NastyHosts. China is just a mixed bag, but you do as you please.
