If users from High-risk country tell us what they will usage the hosting for then we will remove even the limits on the free plan, but indeed, if the VIP or SuperVIP being getted or purchased then are there no limits at all, this is just to save us our server from abuse as you know that free hosting mostly used for abuse.

It's not allowed to store or using our server as transfer system. You may being getting banned from using our service. I recommed you to read out ToS by what you can do on our hosting.
