You can lie for example that you live in the United States or in Canada.
They can use IP geolocation to tell where you are. Lying would just get you banned. They can also tell if you're using a VPN (most VPNs and/or proxies use DC IPs).
Anyways, @perryoo11, do you know if Gokano pays out to unverified PP accounts?
