As far as I know, our body needs 8 hours of sleep a day, but personally me I only slept 5 - 6 hours a day because of my online jobs at night, then I'm so sleepy in my work at morning, so sad but I need to this for my family.![]()
Yup! power naps is very effective but I can't take naps at night it's because it will not be a nap anymore instead I will sleep continuously lol
