i poll for ESET 
to get to the point of ESET, I have used it for a couple of years and find it excellent and unobtrusive (after using and abandoning Norton, Kaspersky, and Webroot). The only real protection against phishing is common sense and as for spam the best solution is to let your Gmail account filter out the spam.
