@"Hidden Refuge" was completely correct in that if you are looking for full CPU resources that you won't find it with a free service.  This is one good example of it.  This is the response of the sponsor.

CPU is limited + on the top of that its shared between other users.

There is a Cap on all the users' CPU use.
