.... Uptime is as expected.  I haven't once experienced down time.  But then you wouldn't find it with places like Contabo or Hetzner.  I'd find it very unusual if it would happen with them.

Downtime was not very unusual, at least for me.

My Contabo VPS did go down occasionally. Perhaps I was not lucky enough. The downtime period was relatively short though. Most of the time it went back up within one hour.

But I would have to say that if you want to compare it with Hetzner, Contabo's network is less stable.
