So, what did you do to solve the problem (so far)?

- Are the processes of the game server really running? Maybe they're not despite your game panel saying that it is "running".
- Did you check the console output of your game server? Perhaps the game server ran into some issues that are being output as errors in the console.
- Is your firewall configured properly? You might need to open the port on that the game server is running with firewalld.
- Who is your hosting provider? Do they run some kind of firewall for DDoS protection? It might be possible that due to their protection connections to certain known attacked ports are blocked (SAMP is a DDoS magnet like many other game servers). Some providers even go as far as blocking all UDP traffic by default and only allowing certain protocols (DNS, DHCP and such common things).
- Can you connect to game servers running on the same port on other servers? What if your ISP is blocking connections?
- Tried to host the game server by yourself without a game panel? It might be slightly possible that the game panel uses some bad files or something else went wrong.

With that kind of support request. Good luck. At least you provided some basic information like the used OS and that you use a game panel for your game server. Others usually don't do that.
