@Honey  Yes one does.  It happened after the upgrade to KVM and have been documented every where in announcements and support threads.

Looks as though @sagher is only using 1.4 GB of space any way.  I have written to him regarding this.

@sagher.  Thank you for the review.  And also especially thank you to @fChk for his quality contribution and putting the review in the right perspective.

Since the review of the VPS has been fully discussed I am going to close it for now.  If any one wishes to add anything, please PM me.
