Say why don't you just enable AutoSSL via Cpanel on the US servers too? Isn't that feature free and built in and just requires a mouse click on the admin's control panel? But it's good that if customers don't understand how to get it working that you'll go out of your way and help them set it up for them for free and make sure it's working 100% of the time!
