Umm, I'm afraid that you're wrong. That's not how it works. It scans for the cache, decode it back into HTML form, scan the HTML codes and check for any malicious <script> or any other tag. If found any, the defender would block or prompt alot of messages before I can access that website next time. I do scans one time in fifteen days.
