Yes, I still think why those who are born on 29 February must be birthday every 4 years
It feels unfair then

It is unfair but like what @tryp4vps say before celebrating it exactly 1 year after it that mean 1 ofg march is an option but still that isnt the real birthday

Also they still age so no matter that 29 isnt exist intheyear they still growing in age
