Are there any 3D games for Android that I can play on a tablet. I would be ok with using a 3D glass just like in a 3D movie. Would I need something more than that ?

How big is your tablet? I can't imagine that how you are going to use it with a Cardboard.
6 inch is the maximum size.

From China eBay and Aliexpress you can order it for about 1-2 dollars.
