May be VLC player, someone said me that winamp does not give maximum sound as VLC player gives while I bought a speaker from him, I felt the same, I have windows media player installed as well, but nowadays I only use VLC Player.
I use YouTube for my music. Initially I used the Windows Player until around 2008 over the last few years I'm completely on YouTube. I like it that I can organise my favourites and let them play at random or in any order I wish to have them. YouTube has become quite sophisticated with how one can manage one's favourites. I also like it to do research on the artists. I very rarely use Windows Player for music these days. I only use it for Videos I've saved to my hard drive.
