Is it possible request a renew licence again, so basically use it for free forever?
Or it needs to reinstall Bitdefendar to activate again?
Because for example with Eset products it is possible to request a trial key and then if it is expired then you can request a new one. But those are only for 1 month, not 6 months like this.
A few years ago I used it and I really liked Bitdefender.
An interesting fact: F-Secure and G-Data use Bitdefender's antivirus engine's too.

Yes, mostly Bitdefender promos exist for long periods of time and new promos keep coming so yeah you can get a new key after six months on another email id (if its the same promo)

Fyi bitdefender is ranked no 1.. And their promos keep running. There is nothing fishy it's official. I have tried it and it works perfectly.

I don't have any doubt that their site is phishing or something like that...
I thought that their antivirus service was degrading so much that even they thought that it is not really value for money.
