Depends on which part of Asia you are talking about. I think Cricket is most most popular sport in Whole South Asia. We are talking about 1.749 billion people! So it's like 20% of world population ? Anyway I think it's true Cricket is more popular in British Commonwealth countries. Another problem is It's really hard for a new country to become Test Cricket Level. There are only about 10 countries reached this level.

my favourite and Pakistan top player is Shahid afridi he earned too much respect from peoples and in india its Dhoni

Yea you are right afridi is best player and he is top player in Pakistan and yea dhoni have much respect in India but even though some hate him but we are proud to be having captain like dhoni he brought us world cups and given a high stage for India
