Also, I haven't heard good reviews from contabo, this comes from the Minecraft community since I never tried them myself I cannot say how they'll perform, but hopefully you like their service.

It's in Euro, but if you convert it to USD, it should be like Dean said.

VPS S (the names of the SSD plans are alphabetical names).  I took the cheapest in the SSD series.  Here's a direct link to the plan:

Thank you for your and other feedback here. It's good to know, particularly about the games server comment. Also tryp4vps comment about the connection speed. I'll check that out.
