Because proxy hide their location, agencies track locations of criminals, hackers and other sort of people doing bad things thru online.

I just want to ask do we have a deepweb user, members here? I just curious with this and want to try.
Please move if I post it in wrong section.
Thank you!
DeepWeb is fulled of mostly Illegal things like :Illegal non-licensed weapons, Drugs, Contract killers and many of the worlds most dangerous hacks, So I didn't ever got the guts to try it. It's so full of illegal things, it just makes me scare it. Also they sell Illegally transported things like Gold bars etc. So, I think it's best to not to try it [For me]. Besides it depends on you. You might even risk your life if you go there [For example: you get caught for something illegal, which you even didn't do] Anyway it depends on you.

so unless there are other ways to get bitcoins you pretty much can't do any thing "anonymous" with them.
Cheers.
you can earn bitcoins........

One of the hardest things about the Deep Web is that it is almost impossible to search for anything as search engines do not work there, so you need resources like this to find what you are looking for.
