They are currently busy dealing with the abuses and fixing bugs.

They aren't accepting invites for a few weeks already i think.

WEll i trust the site is good but i have applied for it like a month ago and i can't get a vps now. So what i need to do ?

This is legit. But many limitations.
-You Can't host anygaming servers.
-You can't port forward.
-You can't use many commands (e.g. systemctl, ipconfig etc.)
-You can't connect the VPS through Putty
-You can't access file using FTP.
