People tend to go for Bootstrap for a responsive website, but I find that it just gets overused.  People just add said script onto their pages without actually doing much with it.  It doesn't look bad but it could use some work, some more pages with content would be nice.  

I also find from the user end of things Bootstrap creates an extra layer of navigation that can slow down the download of the Website.  I always have to wait for my browser to go through those extra hoops before I can get the page up.

What I see here are some divs with an ugly border and some text. You can get inspiration from any other theme if you like. It is legal to get inspired by a good theme.
use duckdukgo to search with awesome html5 website theme or one-page website.

I think that it looks very nice, the only thing that I don't like is the Sumbit button.
Customize it like make it green or something.

Having some issue with making it on the accurate center of the div, the issue is the float of the image. Emblem needs to be on the left of the text.

Looks overly simple, which isn't bad per say but It will be appealing to the users if you used some colors and some responsive buttons and stuff. Also I see lots of mistake like

Put off - cancel,postpone - The minister has put off the meeting until tomorrow.

I don't know what cancel,postpone is doing there and instead of put off use delayed like

Other problem include the navigation bar at being at top, the bottom bar isn't good design, the user would want to go back home and they would have to scroll down everytime - which is redundant. If you want you can even put a linkback to home on the logo image of the school. The gallery should have better picture, not just some picture of a empty classroom, some smartboard. Put more impactful picture that will make student go to that school - my two cents.

Thanks for your honest review, I avoided colors, because it may irritate eyes. "Learn Words" is just an option for students to learn words related to their syllabus. Put off is just a phrasal verb. Navigation on top is a good idea, and the gallery needs to be improved.
