for content creation ryzen is much better . also ryzen have more RAW power then intel counterparts but because a lot of game use intel code most of the games run better on intel and this problem probably will be fix soon so it is worth to buy ryzen

Its a bit worse CPU for games than Intel Skylake, also I've heard that you cant overclock it too much.

yes . you can overcloc to much but hopefully amd fix that issue and skylake/kabylake have a better gaming performance because of higher clock speed and lot of game use intel code . and most of game doesnt utilize many core . but for content creating ryzen is great
